In person, not with an instant online estimate. I look at your home, then walk you through recent comparable sales nearby and what they mean for your price. You'll see the reasoning, ask your questions, and we set the price together, based on the market and your goals.
Should I make repairs before selling?
Talk to me before you spend money. Some fixes pay off and some don't, and it depends on your home, your timeline and your goals. I'll tell you which repairs and prep are worth it and which to skip, before you call a contractor or buy a single can of paint.
What if I need to buy my next home too?
Then we plan both moves together. Your sale and your purchase have to line up on timing and money, so we map them side by side and bring your lender in early. You get one realtor tracking both sides, so nothing falls through the gap between them.
