What I collect

When you fill out the contact form, I collect what you type: your name, email, mobile phone number if you add one, what you'd like to talk about, your moving timeline, the area you're interested in, and your message. If you check the text message box, I also keep a record that you agreed, the exact consent wording you saw, and the date and time. If you call, text or email me directly, I receive whatever you send.

How I use it

I use your information to answer your question, follow up about buying or selling a home, schedule a call, and keep a record of our conversation. I store it in the customer relationship management system I use to keep track of client conversations. [PLACEHOLDER: retention period, e.g. how long contact records are kept]

Text messages (SMS)

• I only text you if you checked the box on the form or texted me first.
• Messages are about your home search or sale. Message frequency varies.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop getting texts. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out, and no more texts after that unless you opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or call 612-404-9114.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your information. I share it only with: service providers that help me run my business (my customer relationship management, scheduling and website hosting services); my brokerage, [BROKERAGE NAME, pending Jerome confirmation], when your transaction needs it; and people you ask me to connect you with, like a lender or inspector you choose. I may also share it when the law requires. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Booking a call

The "Book a call" button opens my scheduling page. It collects the details you enter to book the appointment, and they go into the same system as form messages.

Website services

Website hosting and font services (this site uses Google Fonts) may receive technical details like your IP address and browser type when a page loads. [PLACEHOLDER: list any analytics or tracking tools enabled at launch, or state "none"]

Keep sensitive information off the form

Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank account details, loan documents or other sensitive financial information through this website. If documents are needed, ask me for a secure way to send them.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the information you've sent, or to stop contacting you. Text STOP to end texts, or contact me using the details below.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
